Malawi National Football team coach Kalisto Pasuwa has called into camp six Silver Strikers players as part of the 23 member locally based provisional squad in readiness for the Four Nations Tournament scheduled for 23 to 31 March in Botswana.
The squad will enter into camp on Saturday, 7 March this year.
From Silver Strikers, Pasuwa has called in goalkeeper George Chikooka, defenders McDonald Lameck and Dan Sandukira as well as midfielders Festus Duwe and Uchizi Vunga whilst Andrew Joseph is among the strikers included in the squad.
This will be Sandukira’s maiden call up to the national team.
Silver Strikers is the only side that has contributed more players to the squad.
The Four Nations tournament will be played at Obed Itani Chilume Stadium in Francistown, Botswana.
