Sandukila, Maonga and Kalima nominated for the October MIKA Greenland Player of the Month award!

Three Silver Strikers player namely Dan Sandukila, Chinsisi Maonga, and Zebron Kalima have been nominated for the October MIKA Greenland Player of the Month award after scintillating performances

October was full of action where Silver Strikers won two out of the five matches played and kept the unbeaten run going.

In October, the Bankers played against Bangwe All Stars (0-0), in the Castel Challenge Cup against Blue Eagles (2-1), against CRECK Sporting Club (2-2), against Civo (0-0), and lastly against Mzuzu City Hammers (0-2).

Dan Sandukila has gotten his first nomination for the MIKA Player of the Month award due to his consistent performances in October, as he made the grade in the starting lineup of the four matches out of the five played in the month. Sandukila started against Bangwe All Stars, Blue Eagles, CRECK Sporting Club as well as against Civil Service United.

Also on the list is Chinsisi Maonga who had an October to remember having scored against Mzuzu City Hammers and Blue Eagles in the month of October. The forward also won a Man of the Match accolade against Mzuzu City Hammers at Mzuzu stadium. Maonga was in the starting lineup against CRECK Sporting Club and Civil Service United but managed to produce fantastic performances against Mzuzu City Hammers, Blue Eagles, and Bangwe All-Stars from the Bench. This is his first nomination.

and lastly, Zebron Kalima who returned to the Flames call up continued to produce outstanding performances for the Central Bankers. Kalima has gotten his second nomination this far. He was nominated for the award in September where he came out victorious. Kalima managed to appear in the starting lineup against Blue Eagles and Civil Service United and came from the bench against Bangwe All-Stars. His dazzling performances have earned him a place in the October nomination list.
