Sunday the 2nd of June 2024 is the day Silver Strikers will make their maiden trip to the Southern Region in the Top Flight League assignments in the 2024 season
The two sides are going into this match boosting of being the only teams out of the 16 in the elite league yet to taste defeat.
Out of the eight games played, the Central Bankers have registered seven wins and shared spoils once while FCB Nyasa Big Bullets has drawn five times winning three times.
In the previous season then two sides had a similar outcome in the two times they faced off in the TNM Super league fixtures with all games ending in a one all draws.
Star-studded with six internationals in the name of Kenyan Clyde Seneji, Zimbabweans Colin Mujuru, Kenneth Pasuwa and Ronald Chitiyo and Nigerian Babatunde Adepoju complementing the locally bread players will be looking forward to a strong performance in front of their red and white fans come Sunday before football goes to the International break.
On the other end, the Peter Mponda led side has hinged its prospects on left footed Uchizi Vunga, Tatenda M’balaka and Chimwemwe Idana as well as shot stopper George Chikooka for them to continue what many have described as a perfect start to the season.
This fixture will be the third away assignment for the Area 47 Outfit which has collected four points in their previous two away games against Dedza Dynamos and Baka City.
