After conquering Lilongwe district, Silver Striker Youth will embark on a journey this weekend to the lakeshore district of Salima for the FCB Under-20 regional finals.
The young bankers won last Saturday with a game in hand to emerge as representative of the district youth football setup after taking 15 points in 5 consecutive games.
Led by Green Harawa the young bankers will face other teams from 4 districts as Kasungu is exempted from the regional finals as hosts of the national finals and have already qualified for the final showcase.
Kasamba Academy from the lakeshore district of Nkhotakota, Dedza Dynamos Reserve from Dedza as Mchinji will be represented by Kanalero FC and regionals hosts in Salima, Goneka Chalo FC and Salima United are front runners as representatives of the district and only one of them will have a slot.
One team will have to qualify for the national FCB Under 20 final which will be held in Kasungu in the year 2022.
