Silver Strikers Youth finished on top of their Zone C with 19 points from 10 games as Reapers FC got relegated from the Zone and will not make it into the second round of games.
The Under-20 zone C comprised of Civo United Youth, Super Snipers, Silver Strikers Youth, Kapita Capital, Rola FC and Reapers FC.
For the allocated 30 possible points for their group, the young bankers took 19 as they won 5 games drew 4 times and lost only once in their campaign.
However, starting from this weekend the Green Harawa mentored side has been grouped with Lions FC and Villa FC in group C for the second round of the Lilongwe District Youth Football League.
Silver Youth plays Lions FC this Saturday at the Bingu National Stadium as curtain raisers to the Senior team’s game with Blue Eagles.
One team from each group will qualify for the final race of the championship.
