With 5 games to go Silver Strikers have 15 points to get to keep their title hopes alive as the Central Bankers play four games at home with only one away game.

Dan Kabwe’s boys have made a fortress out of the Silver Stadium as they have not lost at home in this season after 11 games played at their area 47 base in Lilongwe.

As it is Silver will host Mzuzu Warriors in Area 47 on Sunday in a reverse fixture in a bid to gain maximum points against relegation threatened Warriors who sit at the bottom of the league log table with 17 points from 26 games.

During the post-match interview with this website after beating Blue Eagles, 2nd assistant coach McDonald Yobe said as Silver Strikers they are taking one game at a time and are not fazed with how their competitors are doing in the league.

Yobe further said they will focus to win the remaining 5 games and collect the 15 points so as to see how they will fare at the end of the season.

The Lilongwe Sky-Blues remain with 5 teams to play with in the TNM super league in Mzuzu Warriors, Ntopwa FC, Ekwendeni Hammers, Mighty Wanderers and Moyale FC.
