The league in Malawi was stopped exactly two weeks ago for a 3 week recess due to the novel corona virus outbreak which in its second wave has humbled Malawi with the rise of cases at the turn of the New Year.
Entering into the third week of recess tomorrow it is still uncertain as to when Malawi’s top flight would return to action following the restrictions imposed by government which are likely to be reviewed end this week.
Silver tops the league with 19 points from 9 games played so far with a superior goal difference in the 16 team league.
