The race towards the post of the SULOM legal advisor position is getting interesting by the day as another Silver man Innocent Kadammanja is also contesting.
Kadammanja served Silver Strikers FC as General Secretary, vice General Secretary and Liason Officer in the now defunct executive committee of the elite club.
Kadammanja has stated that his aim is to work with the Tiya Somba Banda led EXCO in fulfilling its strategic plan which is already in place. Among others he also wants teams to benefit from broadcasting rights of which he has vast knowledge and expertise on.
“It will be easier for me to integrate since I already know the do’s and don’ts at SULOM having served in the past as a member of the disciplinary committee”, says Kadammanja. He also emphasizes on the need to resolve contractual issues and incidences of violence in football amicably by actively engaging clubs to make sure they achieve such strides.
He also vows to serve clubs with total commitment without fear or favor while fostering fair play rules and other rules of the game in line with all applicable statutes both local and international.
Kadammanja wants to be part of the journey as most Super League clubs are embracing club licensing and venturing into commercialization of football.
Great to have two silvermen contesting for one position at sulom. We are in a work of democracy, may the best candidate win.
