Silver strikers CEO Thokozani Chimbali has congratulated Malawian Striker Gabadinho Mhango for clinching the Golden Boot Award in South Africa’s Premier Soccer League. Gabadinho has scored 16 league goals and won the award on Saturday after the league wrapped up.
Chimbali has applauded the striker for being the first Malawian citing him as a source of pride for the Nation.
Gaba switched to Orlando Pirates at the start of the season after switching from Bidvest Wits where he won a PSL medal.
He has also commended Richard Mbulu and Gerald Phiri whose Baroka FC survived narrowly after having a one all draw with Kaizer Chiefs on the last day of the season.
Chimbali also showed his disappointment that Silver Striker’s former striker Khuda Muyaba did not get play regular football since the football restart since he switched to Polokwane with Dennis Chembezi as polokwane got relegated.
